Mie has a journalism professional background and holds PBa in Healthcommuncations. She works with achieving empowerment through communication. She has 15 years of experience in strategic communications, communications counselling and supervision, primarily for NGOs. She is specialised in danish language training and digital communications and usability. Mie has her own company where she creates corporate webpages for enterprises. Mie was born and grew up in Denmark with a Danish father and a Czech mother and speaks both languages.

Terry-lee holds a Master degree in General Psychology. She has 6 years of combined work experience with a main focus on English Language Pedagogy, Behavioural Psychology, Developmental Psychology and Training. She is experienced in facilitating development in others by giving them useful tools to identify, set and execute personal goals. She has had the opportunity to work in different fields such as Counselling, English Language training with both individuals and groups in-office coaching. Terry-lee is also owner and Director of an English speaking Nursery. She originates from the sunny island of Jamaica.
