Key Facts

This programme can be delivered in-house for clients in a half-day or one-day Online Workshop format or face-to-face where the necessary COVID-19 related safety measures are in place.

Technical Requirements

​

About the online sessions, the basic technical requirements for both the trainer and the participants, are as follows:

​

  • knowledge of how to use videoconferencing tools;

  • a computer that supports video chat (a webcam is suggested);

  • a headset with a microphone;

  • a reliable internet connection.


The recommended speed is 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed. If you don't know your internet connection speed, a good resource is http://beta.speedtest.net which allows you to run a speed test on your specific line connection, providing your download and upload speeds, and ping (delay to server, in milliseconds).

Booking

Bookings must be received in writing using a booking form or the online booking option (see below).

All bookings will be confirmed via email. Please send completed booking forms to: info@advanced-si.dk

All ASI Enterprise courses are subject to minimum participant numbers.

Cancelation Policy

By completing your registration for a service and making a payment of full or instalment fee, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

  1. You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for a session/service and you do not meet the technical requirements to attend the online sessions.

  2. You are not eligible to any refund if you record (i.e. video, audio, text) a session/service without a written and signed consent issued by ASI Enterprise Aps.

  3. To attend any of our sessions, you are required to be at least 18 of age.

  4. You are not eligible to any refund in any circumstance if you have not completed 18 years of age, when you have first registered to any of our sessions.​

  5. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 working hours before the commencement of a course, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fee will also apply to non-arrivals on the day.

  1. Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.

Miscellaneous

​

ASI Enterprise trusts in the competency and the ethics of the coaches. While we make every effort to run services as advertised, we reserve the right to change service content, assessment, dates and trainer. We also reserve the right to suspend without refund any participant who disrupts an ongoing session.
