Proofreading Basic

This service is a grammatical form of proofreading. It includes:
Correction of spelling mistakes, typos, punctuation and grammar consistency in use of terms. This ensures that the same form of terms (their spelling and abbreviation) is used consistently throughout the text
Consistency between table of contents, headings, tables and figures
This service is recommended if you need quick proofreading, after the document has been edited. In this form of proofreading, we do not:
Make any changes to the text,
Give suggestions to the language, structure or content.
Proofreading Premium

This service is a more comprehensive form of the Basic proofreading. Beyond that, it includes a light linguistic/ language optimisation, where we relate to the structure, coherence and readability of the text. Here we adjust the language and sentence structure to make the text clearer and more fluent. This includes:
Re-wording of unclear language. A check and proposal for adjustments and rephrasing of unclear sentences as well as imprecise words
Check the overall content to ensure a logical connection between the paragraphs and sentences
Check the readability and coherence, for instance by deleting redundant words or splitting long sentences
Check for consistency in reference technique, that they are spelled in the same way throughout the text. In this service, we also offer suggestions of rephrasing, reformulation of unclear language sentences and exchange of imprecise words. However, without changing the meaning or content (i.e. editing).
