2-Day Foundation: Scrum
Audience: Experienced Consultants, Project Managers, Leaders, Managers

To successfully adopt Scrum, the clearly stated scrum guidelines must to be adopted. The team (between 3 and 9 people) needs to be willing to make the change and take ownership, and have support from the management team.
The 2-Day Scrum Foundation Course (SFC) is where you will learn in an interactive and effective way, about Scrum and how to work agile in a Scrum team. The course is a mixture of lectures and exercises, where you try to use Scrum to build finished products.
You will learn about the different mechanisms, rules and roles in the Scrum framework and how they fit together.
This course is part of the Professional Scrum series. In regards to the certification program at Scrum.org, the participants will after the course have the opportunity to take an online test. If the test is passed, the participants will be certified as a Professional Scrum Master I.
This course will make sure you're well equipped for the Exam, but it will also enable you to apply the learning in a professional work environment.
