Decision making is crucial in our every day life. It is also where the pressure to deliver is highest.
The purpose of this 1-Day Workshop is to make the participants more efficient at identifying challenges to the decision making process. Throughout the day, the participants will be able to, explore, test, and see decisions through a full range of available scenarios. This workshop will contrast different frameworks. Two examples can be:
SAFe (Scalable Agile) vs. DA (Disciplined Agile)
Kanban vs. LeSS (Large Scale Scrum)
Depending on the needs of your organisation, or the stage of your project, this workshop will help you decide on the correct methodology (e.g. Agile) and/or framework (e.g. kanban).
